UPS shipping ONLY

Plants will be shipped out Monday-Wednesday to avoid delays over the weekend. All plants are packaged with great care. Heat packs are recommended if temperatures are below 55. Use caution when shipping during heatwaves or anything above 90°F

Disclaimer

Minor damage, yellowing leaves, and bent or wilting leaves are normal when plants are shipped. These things are out of my control, and a refund will not be issued.

If your order is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address or delivery information, you will receive a partial refund of your total order amount, minus shipping costs. Please make sure all your information is correct so it doesn't waste anyone's time or effort

Processing times

Plant Care Products

New batches of soil require a 5-day drying period before being packaged. This can cause minor delays if a large number of bags are ordered at once.

Needless to say, you will receive your order as soon as possible. These wait times only apply to large orders or for restocking purposes.
